Purchases not made for the express purpose of college business are contrary to college policy. Procurement meetings for the purpose of evaluating or selecting a contractor or supplier shall be accomplished according to applicable Florida statutes, state requirements for educational facilities, and ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø policies. College employees involved with the purchase of goods or services conduct themselves in a manner free from any conflict of interest and consistent with professional purchasing standards. It is strictly prohibited for ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø personnel to accept any gifts or gratuities. ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø adheres to FS 112.313 standards of conduct.
