Do you know a graduate of ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø who deserves to be recognized? In your consideration, think about alumni who have been successful in their careers, have received other recognitions, are active volunteers, or are held in high regard by others. That person may be the perfect nominee for the Panther Alumni Society Hall of Fame.
Selection Committee
Nominations are submitted through the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø Alumni Association coordinator and then reviewed for consideration through the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø Alumni Association’s Advisory Council.
Nomination Criteria
All nominations must be submitted using the official Panther Alumni Society Hall of Fame Nomination Form or by using the online form.
The nomination form must be completed in its entirety. Consideration is only given to nominees with completed forms. There are no exceptions.
Each year, the Panther Alumni Society Hall of Fame Committee reviews the nominations and makes recommendations based solely on the information provided on the nomination form. Resumes and biographical sketches can be submitted as supporting documentation to the nomination form but are not considered to be an official nomination without the form.
The following criteria are considered in determining the recipients of the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø Alumni of the Year Award:
- The nominee must be a graduate of SFJC, SFCC, or ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø from at least five years ago.
- The individual has demonstrated excellence and growth in their vocation and/or has shown distinguished service and recognized leadership in their work community.
- The individual is a giving person, as demonstrated by one or more of the following: community service, church service, political service, and/or charitable service.
- Nominations may be made posthumously.
Submission
Nominations will be accepted by:
- Mail, using this official Panther Alumni Society Hall of Fame Nomination Form (PDF). Please include any supporting documentation with the nomination form. Mail must be postmarked by Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, or emailed by this date. Submissions received after the postmarked deadline will not be considered.
- Use the to submit your nomination to the Alumni Association.
- Upon submission, the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø Alumni Association may request further information or details to include in the review process.
Nomination Deadline
All nominations MUST be received by Friday, Oct. 16, 2026.
Please do not notify your nominee that they have been submitted for consideration, as the nomination is not a guarantee of award selection. The inductee will be announced at the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø Foundation Christmas Luncheon on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2026.
